Vote after each film you see! Volunteers distribute ballots after each screening. Rate the film you have just watched and be entered to win a Cadillac CTS.
A Special Free Screening of Cadillac People’s Choice Award winning film will take place on the evening of Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the Ryerson Theatre.
How to get a free ticket: Please join the free screening designated lineup and tickets will be handed out on a first come first served basis to the lineup two hours before screening start time.

Following eleven days and more than three hundred films, the Cadillac People’s Choice Award will be presented to the highest-rated film as voted by the Festival audience. The winning director of this prestigious award will receive $15,000 – generously donated by Cadillac – and will be presented with a stunning handcrafted, glass-and-crystal award designed by renowned Canadian artist Jeff Goodman.
Due to the tremendous success of the People’s Choice Award, Cadillac will again be presenting two additional awards that were inaugurated at last year’s Festival: the Cadillac People’s Choice Midnight Madness Award and the Cadillac People’s Choice Documentary Award.
Audiences will have the chance to rank all eligible films after each screening. The winner of the Cadillac People’s Choice Award will be announced at the Intercontinental Hotel on Sunday, September 19, 2010, and a free screening of the winning film will take place that evening at the Visa Screening Room at the Elgin Theatre. In addition to the People’s Choice Award, Cadillac is the Official Ride of the Festival. Cadillac vehicles will be seen across the city escorting stars, directors and producers to their film screenings. This will be the inaugural event in Canada to feature a new coupe to the Cadillac family – the all-new 2011 Cadillac CTS Coupe.
In honour of the performance and innovation celebrated at the Festival, Cadillac will also be offering the chance to win a Cadillac vehicle. Enter at all voting stations.
