director bio

Jerome Sable was born in Montreal. He earned a B.A. in philosophy from Brown University before graduating from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. Sable’s dance musical short, Meanwhile..., won the 2009 Coca-Cola Refreshing Filmmaker’s Award. In addition to his short films, he and Eli Batalion, together forming the creative duo Sable & Batalion, are best known for their acclaimed comedic rap musical J.O.B The Hip-Hopera. The Legend of Beaver Dam (10) is Sable’s latest short film.
