I want to exchange tickets I redeemed out of my Regular Ticket Package order – how do I do this?
You may exchange tickets received as part of a Regular Ticket Package at no additional charge, but the following conditions apply:
- You must make the exchange in person at one of our Festival Box Offices during operating hours.
- It must be a straight ticket-for-ticket exchange, not a ticket for a voucher.
- No same-day ticket exchanges are allowed. For example, if you want to exchange a ticket for a screening taking place on Tuesday, September 9, the exchange must take place no later than Monday, September 8 at 7pm
