I’m trying to order tickets online – what does “Allotment Is Not Large Enough” mean?
When the number of tickets requested for a screening exceeds availability, the film is considered ‘off-sale’ – no advance tickets are available. We recommend people check again on the day of the screening, as additional inventory may become available to the public that morning. Same-day availability begins at 7am daily, by phone, web, or in person at our Festival Box Offices.
