How do I pick up my ticket purchase?
You can pick up your order in advance at one of our
Festival Box Offices, or on the day of the screening at the theatre where the first screening in your order is taking place. Please bring a printout of the order confirmation, as well as photo ID and the credit card used to place the order. The box office will not release tickets if the name on the photo ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets, or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person picking up the tickets.
